About Nicole Valenti
Nicole is the Managing Attorney at Taege Law Offices, overseeing the operations of our staff and specializing in family law related matters. Nicole is passionate about approaching each case in such a way that allows her to be sensitive to her client’s needs while vehemently protecting their rights.
Nicole attended Roosevelt University and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, and a minor in Legal Studies and Psychology before attending The John Marshall Law School. While in law school, Nicole worked for the Cook County Public Defender’s Office, gaining extensive experience under an Illinois Supreme Court Rule 711 License. In addition, Nicole worked on The John Marshall Law School’s Restorative Justice Project, where she became trained in restorative justice techniques. During her time with the Restorative Justice Project, Nicole worked with students and children in some of Chicago’s under-privileged schools and neighborhoods assisting with various legal matters.
Since joining Taege Law Offices, Nicole has reoriented her focus almost entirely on family law, gaining years of experience in a wide variety of cases. As a result of her extensive work involving children and family dynamics, Nicole is uniquely suited to guide her clients through cases that involve divorce, parentage, and allocation of parental responsibilities/child custody.
Currently, Nicole is an active member of the Chicago Bar Association and Illinois State Bar Association.
